What Do the Roasts Mean
- Medium - the lightest roast, medium-bodied
- Full city - a little darker, fuller flavor
- Vienna - bolder more assertive flavor, a little oil on bean surface
- French roast - darkest roast, appropriate for espresso; shiny oily surface
