What Do the Roasts Mean  

• Medium - the lightest roast, medium-bodied
• Full city - a little darker, fuller flavor
• Vienna - bolder more assertive flavor, a little oil on bean surface
• French roast - darkest roast, appropriate for espresso; shiny oily surface
