Whenever possible, organic local products are used instead of commercially-produced ingredients: most dairy and yogurt comes from grass-fed cows of a small Jersey farm, most greens from Lancaster County.

This is a coffeehouse with a conscience. Most coffees, teas, cocoa and chocolates are fair-traded, shade-grown and/or organic from small farms and co-operatives which pay farmers fairly for their superb product.
